Welcome to “Grofirst” (legally known as Grofirst Digital Store LLP) ("the Platform"). Before you create an account, please read and understand the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). By registering as a buyer on our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1.1. Age Requirement: To register as a buyer, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract as per Indian Contract Act, 1872
1.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Approval: We reserve the right to accept or reject vendor applications at our sole discretion. If approved, you will receive access to the vendor dashboard.
2.1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You agree to promptly update any changes to your information.
2.2. Account Approval: We reserve the right to approve or reject buyer registrations at our discretion.
2.3. Prescription Requirement: You agree to provide valid prescription information for prescription medication orders. Falsifying prescription information is strictly prohibited.
2.4. Location Services: You may need to enable location services to use our platform for accurate delivery estimates and compliance with applicable regulations.
3.1. Personal Use: Your account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.
3.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities on the Platform.
4.1. Product Availability: All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific product.
4.2. Prescription Verification: We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of prescription information provided for prescription medication orders.
4.3. Product Ownership: All products are listed here owned by the respective store, Grofirst acts as a platform to connect the stores to the end customers.
4.4. Order Cancellation: As a user, you may cancel an order placed by you before the order get confirmed by seller. Orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once it confirmed.
Orders may be cancelled by the Company/Seller in any of the following cases:
5.1. Payment Methods: User can make payments through UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD). The payments are made directly to the vendors.
5.2. Pricing: Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the chosen payment method. The Company aims to ensure that prices of all products offered for sale are true and correct. However, from time to time, the prices of certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Company by third-party sellers. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without any further liability.
5.3 Price Variations: The final price may vary according to the weight/quantity or price update.
6.1. Delivery: The delivery is handled by the respective stores itself. However, we will make our best efforts to ensure timely delivery of your order.
6.2. Delivery Charges/fees: Delivery charges/fee goes directly to the store/delivery partner for delivering your order fairly.
6.3. Returns and Refunds: The product cannot be returned/replaced, but in case you receive a product that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, expired, or different from its description, please reach out to the store directly or to the Grofirst customer support within 24 hours of delivery for return/replacement.
By using our doctor booking services, you agree to the terms outlined here, in addition to the general terms and conditions of the app. We reserve the rights to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
7.1. Registration: To book appointments, users must register with valid information and maintain the accuracy of this information.
7.2. Booking Limit: Each user is allowed a limited number of bookings per day. Attempts to exceed this limit will be restricted, and users will receive a notification.
7.3. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, users will receive a confirmation notification through the app. The app does not guarantee a specific time slot, as availability depends on doctor schedules.
8.1. User Cancellation:Users are able cancel their appointments through the app.
8.2. Doctor-Initiated Changes:In cases where doctors need to reschedule or cancel appointments, users will be notified by the doctor or clinic. The app is not responsible for such changes, and users are encouraged to verify appointments directly with the provider if required.
9.1. Medical Advice: The app is solely a platform for booking and does not provide medical advice or services. All consultations are between the user and the healthcare provider. We are not liable for any advice or treatment provided by healthcare providers.
9.2. No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee the availability of appointments or any specific provider.
9.2. App Downtime: We are not liable for any delays or cancellations due to app downtime, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
10.1. Accurate Information: Users must ensure all information provided during registration and booking is accurate. The app is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information.
10.2. Respectful Use: Misuse of the platform, including repeated cancellations or inappropriate behavior, may result in restricted access.
11.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including content, graphics, and logos, are owned by Grofirst Digital Store LLP.
11.2. License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13.1. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time and for any reason.
14.1. Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15.1. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of High Court of Kerala.
16.1. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
16.2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and “Grofirst” (legally known as Grofirst Digital store LLP) regarding your use of the Platform.
